The ticket booking provides entry on the stated date and time only.
Tickets are non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to a different date.
No admission without a valid event ticket. These can be presented as a print out or on a mobile device.
The tickets are not exchangeable for cash and are not permitted for resale.
Children must be accompanied by a paying Adult
Child’s breakfast included with each ‘Breakfast & Santa’ ticket. Adults can decide and pay on the day. ‘Visit Santa’ tickets do not include food.
Any dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking.
One age appropriate gift per child only.
Only photos of your own children are permitted to be taken.
Santa has a tight schedule, so please follow the Elf’s instructions, for smooth running of the event.
In the unlikely event Walkers Nurseries needs to cancel this event for any unforeseen reason, we will contact you to arrange reimbursement.
